Primary Care Workers:

The Dale House community is committed to training and career development. The goal is two-fold:  to offer the opportunity to serve in the Dale House community while taking post-graduate classes with the ultimate objective of helping prepare Primary Care Workers for the opportunities that await them after their year is completed.

Twice yearly, in June and September, college graduates are accepted into the one-year Dale House program to serve as Primary Care Workers to our residents.  The Dale House Project remains committed to providing academic opportunities for training staff; however, this part of our program is currently in transition as we identify new and more relevant avenues for study.
