The Dale House Project seeks a Supportive Employment Coordinator to manage, assess, evaluate, communicate, recruit and further build the Employment Programming through community collaboration and the implementation of services.
The Dale House Project is a community for at-risk youth. Youth participate in our programming to prepare for independence as adults. Our community strives to be a safe and supportive environment where they can build skills, find sources of support, and discover a place where they belong. As the Supportive Employment Coordinator, you will train and manage a team of Independent Living Specialists and Discipleship staff to provide therapeutic interventions to support young people’s skills and habits, that lead to work readiness independence.
